NAF has signed 6 months contract with Foundation for Civil Society to facilitate youth engaging on public expenditure tracking system in Mkinga and Pangani Districts in Education Sector. The project started in October 2016, will end in March 2017. The project trained 150 Youths from 60 Villages, (40 villages in Mkinga District and 20 Villages in Pangani District) These youth will conduct PETS in their wards in all 60 Villages. Either  16 youth elected to conduct PETS in the district level (8 from Pangani District and 8 from Mkinga District). The objective of this project is to increase accountability of LGAs in education sector, therefore to increase performance in education in Mkinga and Pangani Districts
